Job summary

W.B. Mason in Philadelphia seeks a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales within your assigned territory. You'll meet local businesses, demonstrate products, offer pricing, and onboard new accounts through MasonvilleGO, collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams.

Ideal candidates have customer service or retail sales experience, excellent communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and English proficiency. A BS/BA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing to new customers.
• Help new accounts get set up through MasonvilleGO and coordinate with inside sales.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
