W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to join our outside sales team in Erie. You’ll travel the territory, meet local businesses, demo products, and present consultative pricing to win new accounts, partnering with inside sales to ensure smooth onboarding via MasonvilleGO.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Hit the road to explore the territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's offerings.
• Demo products and share web tools; offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams; attend regular branch meetings.
• Grow the market and advance your outside sales career.
