W.B. Mason Company Inc. is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in Ohio to drive outside sales across local businesses.

You will meet clients, demo products, and present the full range of workplace solutions while building lasting relationships and growing market share. You'll work with MasonvilleGO to set up new customers, coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams, and participate in branch meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your assigned Ohio territory to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
• Participate in regular branch meetings to stay connected and supported.
