Job summary

Mueller Water Products seeks a Water Infrastructure Regional Manager for the South Central region to drive sales performance and market development across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. You will lead a regional sales organization, coach the team, and strengthen distributor and end-user relationships while advancing Mueller's specification position.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will develop regional strategies, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure execution

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales or sales management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and manage strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, territory management, and channel development.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue across South Central markets.
• Develop and coach the regional sales team to meet targets and grow coverage.
• Manage relationships with distributors, utilities, municipalities, engineers, and contractors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional objectives and customer requirements.
• Forecast, analyze KPIs, and optimize pricing and programs to maximize profitability.
