Mueller Water Products in Arizona and Las Vegas is seeking a Territory Manager to grow our Water Products Division. You will build and sustain relationships with municipalities, utilities, and distributors, promoting Mueller solutions and expanding product specifications.

The role requires travel about 3–4 days a week, CRM proficiency, strong presentation skills, and the ability to manage bids and pricing. If you are driven by market growth and customer success, join our team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience in water distribution or related field.
• Aptitude for selling technology-based solutions and platforms.
• Experience with CRM software and productivity tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to travel ~75% of time (3–4 days/wk).
• Willingness to cover large geography and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with municipalities, utilities, and distributors to promote Mueller solutions.
• Provide quotations, training, and technical guidance to partners and customers.
• Lead product trainings for end users and distributors.
• Develop partnerships with key distributors and customers to grow demand.
• Set sales and specification goals aligned with company objectives.
• Identify project opportunities; provide bid support and pricing insights.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with after-sales support and warranty handling.
• Represent Mueller at industry events and maintain market relationships.
• Maintain accurate territory data and provide market intelligence to leadership.
