Job summary

Mueller Water Products is seeking a Territory Manager for the Water Products Division to cover Arizona and surrounding markets. You will build strong end-user relationships, support distributors, and lead product trainings to drive demand and improve specifications.

The role requires outside sales experience in water distribution, CRM proficiency, travel, and effective communication. Excellent benefits accompany a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years outside sales in water distribution or related field.
• Comfort selling technology-based solutions and platforms.
• Experience with CRM software and productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Ability to travel ~75% of the time (3–4 days/week).
• Able to cover large geographical territory and present to groups.
• Proficient in Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs for demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with end users and utilities to strengthen product specs.
• Support distributor partners with quotations, training, and guidance.
• Lead product training sessions for end users and distributors.
• Develop partnerships with distributors and stakeholders to drive demand.
• Set sales and specification goals aligned with company objectives.
• Identify project opportunities and provide bid support and pricing insights.
• Ensure after-sales satisfaction, warranty handling, and claims management.
• Represent Mueller in industry organizations and strengthen market presence.
• Maintain a robust territory database with insights on customers and opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and forecasts to regional leadership.
