The role requires strategic planning, territory analysis, CRM utilization, and compliant execution of promotional programs. Travel is required; a Bachelor’s degree and pharma sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Ability to work independently while managing a territory and relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency with Veeva, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
