Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to lead and grow strategic accounts across a wide geographic area in the United States.

You will call on physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, communicating complex clinical messages, and manage key accounts with autonomy, traveling as needed and using CRM tools to maximize ROI and hit sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 8 years of Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
• Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory.
• Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Business acumen and ability to articulate complex clinical information.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
• Preferred experience includes Buy and Bill & Injectable products; Oncology experience; Hospital Sales/Formulary knowledge.
• Knowledge of local/regional health systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographic area.
• Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc., across subspecialties.
• Reach call points including Physician offices, Hospital Pharmacy, OR, ICU, etc.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel as needed for territory with internal teams.
• Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and ROI.
• Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
• Manage and track territory information through a CRM system.
