Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. in the Los Angeles area to drive new business across hospital settings. You will build relationships with physicians, OR staff, and hospital personnel, promoting intravascular lithotripsy products and meeting sales targets.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, R&D, and other teams while delivering product demonstrations and clinical education to customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• Successful Sales experience in catheter technology with peripheral influence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs and cases handled.
• Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage with presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in ORs and advise on product usage to meet physicians’ needs.
• Achieve sales and revenue objectives for the territory and maintain customer relationships.
