Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Territory Manager to sell portable ultrasound systems in a consultative, high-velocity environment. You will build demand by networking, cold calling, and educating physicians, ED, CCU, OR, Radiology across hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business administration, health care administration or life sciences preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in medical device sales.
• Experience calling on physicians, managers, clinicians, and administrators in ED, CCU, OR, Radiology.
• Background in new market development.
• Experience managing a high volume of capital equipment sales opportunities.
• Consistent history in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Independent work history from home.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Travel up to 50% of the time; some weekends.
• Ultrasound sales experience preferred.
• Ability to prospect, qualify and develop customer needs for product demonstrations.
• Drive, focus, creativity, innovation and resourcefulness.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Adapt sales strategies across multiple medical specialties.
• Fast-paced environment experience.
• MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Create primary market demand by networking, cold calling and persuading users and institutions.
• Provide insights into customer value and product enhancements.
• Advise on eliminating wasteful activities to hit customer value.
• Promote and sell hand-carried ultrasound systems within territory.
• Manage relationships with physicians and key institutions.
• Follow up on all sales leads for the territory.
• Generate opportunities through cold-calling and promotions.
• Manage client relationships via CRM and maintain records.
• Handle inventory and company property per policy.
• Promote educational programs to develop sales leads.
• Attend trade shows as directed by management.
• Utilize strategic and consultative sales techniques for opportunities.
