Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience; pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Proven ability to work independently while managing a territory and customer relationships.
• Excellent business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
• Ability to communicate clinical and scientific information effectively.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage territory as a business, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize ROI.
• Use CRM and sales analytics to optimize targeting, call planning, and execution.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling, clinically accurate product presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Execute promotional programs, speaker programs, and follow-up activities supporting business objectives.
• Maintain high level of customer service and responsiveness for long-term growth.
• Develop deep knowledge of Azurity products, disease states, clinical data, and marketplace dynamics.
