Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across an assigned geography. You will build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, accounts, and health systems while communicating clinical product information to support patient care.

You will develop strategic territory plans, analyze performance, and leverage CRM tools to optimize targeting and account penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to work independently while managing a territory and relationships.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Analyze territory performance, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory as a business, prioritizing accounts and resources to maximize ROI.
• Utilize CRM, sales analytics, and other data sources to optimize targeting, call planning, and territory execution.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and performance objectives.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compelling, clinically accurate product presentations tailored to customer needs.
