• Understand territory goals and translate them into growth, profitability, service and relationship strategies.
• Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, local marketplace information, portfolio results, and data to identify opportunities and required actions.
• Develop and execute territory and partner business plans with measurable objectives and checkpoints.
• Drive profitable new business, retained business, and portfolio growth across the assigned territory.
• Build productive relationships with agencies and distribution partners of varying size and focus.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, Claims, Servicing, and Operations to improve partner experience and growth.
