Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• License/Designation: CPCU or CIC preferred.
• Seven years of underwriting and sales experience in commercial lines.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting standards and market practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to win accounts.
• Analyze risks, review agency books, and propose action plans.
• Quote, price and underwrite new and renewal policies for complex accounts.
• Manage workflow and ensure high-quality file handling and efficiency.
• Drive agency planning, pipeline management and producer development.
• Develop new business and renewals while maintaining relationships.
