The Mullings Group is partnering with a medical device company in chronic pain intervention, expanding its U.S. sales organization. The Territory Manager will build a newly formed market across the Phoenix area, focusing on new account growth within neuromodulation.

Role emphasizes establishing relationships with Interventional Pain, Spine, Neurosurgery, and Neurology physicians, and launching products in 2027 to scale revenue in a large, underpenetrated market.

Qualifications

• Established relationships with Interventional Pain, Spine, Neurosurgery, or Neurology physicians.
• 5+ years selling or clinically supporting Spinal Cord Stimulation, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation, Deep Brain Stimulation, or other interventional pain devices.
• A track record of building a territory from the ground up, with specific account wins and revenue growth to show for it.
• Knowledge of the Jacksonville pain management and neuromodulation landscape.
• Clinical Specialists ready to step into a territory role are encouraged to reach out.

Territory Manager, Neuromodulation | Phoenix

The Mullings Group is partnering with a medical device company in chronic pain intervention that is scaling its U.S. sales organization. The company treats chronic trunk and limb pain with spinal cord stimulation. It is expanding into painful diabetic neuropathy and has a new product launching in 2027.

We are looking for a Territory Manager to build the business across the greater Phoenix market. This role is about new account growth, not maintaining an inherited book.

What you'll do:

• Win new accounts across Pain Management, Interventional Spine, and Neurosurgery, with a primary focus on Spinal Cord Stimulation
• Build referral networks across pain, spine, and neurology practices in Northeast Florida
• Cover cases and support procedures while growing territory revenue
• Launch new products into the market starting in 2027

What we're looking for:
