Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and drive sales within a defined geographic territory. The role focuses on cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face customer interactions across transportation, industrial, and facility maintenance sectors.

Successful candidates will manage operations of the mobile store, present solutions with demos, and maintain data integrity in company software.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional industrial sales experience preferred.
Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
