Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and drive sales within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, product presentations, and managing daily operations of the mobile store.

You will report to the sales leadership and must reside within the assigned territory, maintaining a clean driving history and the ability to physically handle the mobile store setup.

Qualifikationen

• Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Job Stability: Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Skills: Analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Attributes: Ability to work independently and achieve goals.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and Sell: develop new prospects via research, referrals, and calls to nearby businesses.
• Present Solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: maintain the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, and marketing; submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: keep customer contact details current in company software.
