Ashton North LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to sell industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined Florida territory. The role involves operating a fully stocked mobile store, cold-calling prospects, and presenting solutions on-site at customer locations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a proven, tenured work history with limited job hopping.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a tenured career with limited job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store; submit complete and accurate daily business reports.
• Data integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
