Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Huntsville, AL to deliver industrial hardware via a mobile store. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and on-site customer interactions within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably outside industrial sales experience. You must reside in the territory and own or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, with a clean driving history and physical ability to operate

Qualifications

• Outside industrial sales experience in route or industrial sales preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
