You will manage relationships with IDNs and major hospitals, orchestrating calls on clinicians and executives to expand product adoption and drive revenue.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in medical device sales, a clinical background, and strong negotiation skills to navigate complex healthcare environments and multi-stakeholder decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in healthcare/medical devices.
• Clinical background and experience selling to large healthcare organizations.

Responsabilités

• Manage a defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers.
• Grow relationships with IDNs and major hospital systems; call on anesthesiologists, surgeons, and executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities, close deals, and drive regional strategies to meet sales targets.
• Analyze performance gaps and adapt short-term plans for territory growth.
