Job summary

Pape’ Material Handling, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Territory Manager to join our sales team and serve the San Joaquin & Calaveras Counties. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships with businesses, identify opportunities for new and replacement equipment, and deliver forklift and warehouse solutions that boost productivity, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, San Joaquin County.
• Previous industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and replacement equipment.
• Deliver lift truck and warehouse solutions to improve productivity, safety, and profitability.
• Develop new business and support existing customers across the territory.
• Coordinate with parts, service, and rental teams to provide complete material handling solutions.
• Travel in a company-provided sales vehicle to meet face-to-face with customers and assess needs.
