Pape’ Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, seeks a Territory Manager to join our sales team in Sparks, NV. This role focuses on building relationships with contractors and operators, understanding their operations, and delivering heavy construction equipment solutions.

You will travel in a company vehicle, visit jobsites, and work with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving growth and earnings in your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales for construction equipment preferred.
• Ability to build and manage contractor relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy construction equipment accounts within assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities, present equipment solutions, and close deals.
• Coordinate with product support and rental teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel to jobsites and meet customers face-to-face.
