Job summary

Yoder & Frey Auctioneers, part of the Euro Auctions Group, seeks a Territory Manager for San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on securing heavy equipment consignments, growing the territory, and feeding the new sales site with high-quality inventory.

You will leverage an established industry network, negotiate effectively, and work independently to maximize earnings across global sale sites. Competitive pay, uncapped bonus, company car, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• A valid, clean driver’s license.
• Proven sales record with a minimum of 4 years selling construction/heavy equipment.
• Established network of industry contacts.
• Strong knowledge of national and global market trends in equipment.
• Experience in the auction industry and bid-catching.
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure heavy equipment consignments and fill the auction yard ahead of each sale date.
• Grow territory via new business development and leverage an established network.
• Contribute consignments to any Yoder and Frey sale site worldwide to maximize earnings.
• Operate with a flexible territory and focus on opportunities anywhere you have potential customers.
