Job summary

Yoder and Frey is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to secure heavy equipment consignments and grow the auction business. You will leverage your existing network, identify new opportunities, and negotiate deals that maximize consignments for all sale sites worldwide.

This role offers a competitive salary with uncapped performance bonuses, plus a company car, laptop, smartphone, expense account, and 29 days of PTO, with travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years proven sales in construction/heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, telehandlers).
• Established network of industry contacts in your region.
• Strong knowledge of national and global equipment markets.
• Familiarity with auction processes and bid activity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure heavy equipment consignments for auctions.
• Grow territory through new business development and existing networks.
• Feed consignments across all Yoder and Frey sale sites worldwide.
• Manage relationships with Buyers and Sellers to maximize revenue.
