Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is looking for a Territory Manager for Hard Surface Flooring to cover the Philadelphia market. You will build strong relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users while promoting Shaw Floors, Anderson Tuftex and Philly Commercial.

You will conduct daily calls, analyze territory performance, manage sample displays and reports, and travel as needed. This role requires a flexible schedule, MS Office proficiency and Salesforce utilization.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED plus 1 year of sales experience or equivalent experience.
• Willing to travel by vehicle carrying product samples.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings.
• Proficient with a laptop and Windows software.

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on hard surface flooring products.
• Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users and analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Build and place display racks weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Prospect for new accounts while understanding local market dynamics.
• Prepare reports on sales transactions, volume and potential. Communicate periodic sales information and goals.
• Analyze sales stats using territory reports to support dealer promotions.
• Manage travel and sample budgets within company guidelines.
• Enter customer interactions in Salesforce; promote Shaw floors, Anderson Tuftex, and Philly Commercial.
