LINC SYSTEMS is hiring a Territory Manager to focus on account management and new business development across a designated group of customers. You will build long-term relationships, expand offerings, and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to travel to account locations and training events.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with account contacts.
• Develop vendor relationships to support key accounts.
• Create account strategies for growth.
• Manage projects for accounts.
• Update CRM accurately and timely.
• Monitor customer purchasing activity via reports.
• Collaborate with CS and service techs to meet customer needs.
• Expand product knowledge to become a product/app expert.
• Uphold professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties to manage and grow accounts.
