BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Interventional Surgery by delivering field level case support and professional training. This role involves 80% travel and extended stays in a field territory, building strong relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff.

You will work with field sales and Marketing to execute training plans, coordinate events, and support regional centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 0-2 years general sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.
• Experience working in a team environment, particularly with sales people.
• The ability to work in an operating room environment is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate field level training and surgical case support with field sales and logistics.
• Prioritize targeted customers, cases and training events with sales management.
• Support regional physician proctors for training activities.
• Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital staff and support personnel.
• Maintain equipment, promotional materials and records; follow up on paperwork.
