Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Ability to work in an Operating Room respectfully, tolerate observing surgeries, and potentially standing on feet for extensive hours.
• Ability to travel up to 80% with extended overnights.
• Relocation to cover territories as needed within the region.

Responsibilities

• Attends sales training to learn and develop knowledge of the BD Surgery Surgical Solutions product portfolio.
• Supports assigned team to drive sales revenue by covering accounts and conducting in-servicing, assessments and demonstrations.
• Plans and prioritizes sales calls with TM and RBM, manages time, and communicates changes in accounts.
• Participates in regional marketing events, conventions and symposia.
• Keeps accurate account records and uses the sales funnel to set goals and targets.
• Maintains promotional tools and communicates pricing and policy changes.
