BD is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to provide field level support to physicians and clinical professionals in the Interventional Surgery division. This role requires extensive travel, including overnight stays, with the potential to advance to a Territory Manager position. Relocation to an open territory in the U.S.

is possible. You will coordinate training, support surgical cases, and collaborate with field sales to meet annual targets while building lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• Ability to work in an operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Willing to relocate to fill an open Territory Manager position.
• Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with field sales to plan training and clinical support.
• Prioritize targeted customers, cases and training events.
• Develop regional physician proctors for training activities.
• Conduct training for hospital staff and support personnel.
• Support regional centers of excellence and physician training seminars.
• Assist with regional marketing events and symposia.
• Maintain equipment, promotional materials, and records.
• Meet and manage territory plan and budget.
