UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable Territory Manager to service customers in North Carolina, drive growth, and manage relationships across a defined geography. The role includes on-the-job training, a 5-day work week, and the potential for a strong hourly pay structure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent.
• Solid computer and tablet skills; proficient with Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, timely service to customers in your territory.
• Serve 10–15 customers daily in a company vehicle.
• Promote safety products to create a productive workplace.
• Develop a work plan to maximize daily sales and reduce travel.
• Maintain promotional materials and complete paperwork promptly.
• Keep data updated and communicate pricing changes.
