Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in the Stroke Prevention portfolio, including Amplatzer, Amulet and LAA Occluder. This field-based role partners with regional leadership to identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve annual sales objectives within the assigned territory.

The position involves direct engagement with hospitals, physicians, and clinical staff, building relationships, and delivering product demonstrations plus training to secure purchasing

Qualifications

• Territory Manager is a field-based position responsible for meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Focus on Abbott's Stroke Prevention offering (Amplatzer, Amulet, LAA Occluder).

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling calls to meet current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies considering product, competition and pricing needs.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and coordinating with regional manager to hit sales goals.
• Identifies key accounts and decision makers to facilitate purchases.
• Observes procedures in labs and ORs to understand hospital needs.
• Establishes pricing packages with Abbott Vascular teams to address customer needs while complying with policies.
• Builds relationships with hospital personnel and departments to expand contacts.
• Provides sales support through training, VIP trips, orientations, launches, and updates.
• Represents company at trade shows and conferences to stimulate interest in products.
