Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. in Dallas, TX. This role drives new business, builds relationships with physicians and hospital staff, and covers case activity in catheter labs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• Successful sales experience in catheter technology with peripheral influence is preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within the territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to determine customers’ needs and cases handled.
• Educate customers on products and clinical usage via presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital ORs and advise on product usage.
• Attain sales objectives and collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, R&D and other units.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
• Maintain solid customer relationships and speak clinically to physicians.
