You will build high-impact relationships with physicians, HF clinics and administrators, and lead pricing discussions and educational events. Travel 60–70% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience with cardiology/heart failure preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for multiple years.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy adoption and revenue growth for CardioMEMS.
• Open new accounts and manage key relationships with HF clinics and physicians.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Provide clinical, technical and procedural support across the region.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and internal policies.
