Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Territory Manager for Heart Failure in the United States. You will drive therapy adoption, open new accounts, and grow revenue across implanting centers and community hospitals.

The role focuses on building high-impact relationships with physicians and HF clinics, delivering clinical presentations, and supporting clinical workflows with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; cardiology preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience opening net-new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Understand payor and insurance reimbursement landscape.
• Experience launching programs in cardiology/heart failure.
• Willing to travel 60-70% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement: build relationships and drive adoption.
• Account Management & Program Development: conduct quarterly reviews and plan growth.
• Market Development & Competitive Strategy: identify new opportunities and build territory plans.
• Technical & Procedural Support: provide on-call support and training.
• Compliance & Cross-Functional Collaboration: adhere to FDA regulations and document activities.
