Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a Territory Manager in Heart Failure to drive therapy adoption across implanting centers and community hospitals. You will open new accounts, grow revenue, and integrate CardioMEMS therapy into clinical workflows.

Travel 60-70% within the territory is expected. The role requires 3–5 years of healthcare sales, with cardiology/heart failure experience preferred; Salesforce proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology heart failure preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for 2 consecutive years.
• Experience launching programs or therapies with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Provide procedural support and education to implanting centers and community hospitals.
• Develop territory plans, forecast sales, and track performance using CRM data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Commercial teams to drive adoption.
