Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical in Houston, TX. You will manage a defined territory, calling on physicians and hospital staff to promote Shockwave products and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include attending procedures, delivering clinical presentations, and coordinating with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, and R&D to identify opportunities. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences.
• Sales experience in catheter technology and related cardiovascular sales is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to determine needs, goals, product usage, and case types.
• Educate customers on product usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in cath labs and advise on product usage to physicians and OR staff.
• Achieve sales objectives and quotas for the territory, while maintaining high service levels.
