Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional to build and operationalize GTM strategies, establishing strong relationships with clinical partners and referral sources in Billings, MT. You will travel locally 4–5 days a week to meet patients, parents, and providers, driving partnerships and market growth while collaborating with internal teams.

The role offers competitive benefits and an uncapped bonus, with compensation targeting a base in the $65k–$80k range plus performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Billings, MT or surrounding area.
• Fluent in English.
• 1–4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week within ~1 hour driving distance.
• Energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
