• Based in West Madison, WI
• Fluent in English
• Willing to travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transport
• Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, consultative style
• Experience with Salesforce/Zoom or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Expand penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings and networking events
• Share market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to meet GTM goals
