Qualifications

• Must be based in Billings, MT.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience.
• Experience working with healthcare organizations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals.
