Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Clinical Outreach Specialist to build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners in the Tucson area. You’ll travel locally to meet patients, parents, and providers, uncover needs, and drive access to Charlie Health programs.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to hit GTM goals while delivering compassionate behavioral health solutions. Base pay and uncapped bonus accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience; KPI ownership a plus.
• Must be located in Tucson, AZ.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
