Job summary

Bedding News Now is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, drive brand awareness and sales, and ensure Bedgear’s presence within the assigned territory.

This role includes hunting new business opportunities, conducting educational and inspirational training and presentations, supporting retail partners’ business objectives, and providing market insights to enhance sales performance and merchandising effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
• Must have home office with personal laptop for business use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand awareness and sales in the assigned territory.
• Hunt for new business opportunities and grow Bedgear’s presence through active outreach and partnerships.
• Conduct educational and inspirational trainings and presentations for retail partners and internal teams.
• Support retail partners’ business objectives with market insights, merchandising guidance, and performance feedback.
• Serve as a brand champion at retail partner locations, engaging with teams at all levels to maximize visibility and impact.
