Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC is seeking a driven Territory Manager to strengthen our brand presence and drive profitable growth across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes merchandising, advertising, display, pricing, and training within the territory, with a focus on achieving revenue targets of >$2M and strong field execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales with 1-3 years account management in a territory >$2M.
• Furniture/mattress experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent relationship and negotiation skills.
• Presentation and interpersonal skills for meetings, training, and store visits.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to drive loyalty.
• Build relationships with retail buyers to grow profitability.
• Develop merchandising strategies and review performance with accounts.
• Address account concerns to sustain long-term partnerships.
• Develop strategic plans to grow revenue in assigned accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle to open new business in territory.
