Job summary

Abbott is seeking a high-impact Medical Device Sales professional in Florida to drive growth in the Cardiovascular segment. You will master ECMO applications, manage hospital accounts, and forecast through Salesforce.

Travel across the territory, build durable customer relationships, and navigate complex purchasing processes to exceed annual targets. You will collaborate with regional teams and clinical staff, deliver product updates, training, and support, ensuring compliant, patient-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of medical device sales experience within the Cardiovascular field.
• Experience with ECMO clinical and technical application preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the territory including overnights.
• Understanding of hospital account management and ability to establish strong customer relationships.
• Track record of success in prior Medical Device sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in annual plan.
• Establish outstanding customer relationships and always shows the highest degree of professional behavior.
• Masterful understanding of clinical and technical application of ECMO and Ventricular Support therapy.
• Effective and timely management of business processes including customer contracts, price quotes, customer complaint handling, Salesforce.com pipeline management.
• Strategic approach to growing your business by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; forecast and pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Serve as corporate liaison with Region Directors, Marketing, Training, and Regulatory to provide high-level service to customers.
• Report activity into Salesforce.com and provide input for offers and quotes.
