Job summary

Clearbrook Group Services Inc. seeks a Farm Family Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth through targeted distribution partners. The role covers sales, service, and risk management to meet profitability objectives and annuity targets in coordination with the distribution team.

The candidate will shape product, pricing, and marketing plans, while aligning with underwriting standards. This position requires travel up to 40% and a track record in agribusiness and commercial lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience with P&C distribution partners in farm/ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution partnerships within the assigned territory through formal contracting and appointment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and compete for market share by making Farm Family the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Develop data-driven business plans and monitor KPIs to drive production and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and improve agency partner engagement.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums, conferences, and associations.
