Job summary

Farm Family, part of Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc., seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated region. You will manage distribution partners, market agribusiness and commercial lines, and contribute to pricing and marketing plans.

Required are 6–8 years with P&C distribution, a bachelor’s degree, and ability to travel up to 40%. A bonus program and comprehensive benefits accompany base salary and continued growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree. Six to eight years with P&C distribution partners in farm/ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution partnerships within the territory and formalize relationships through contracting and appointments.
• Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred P&C provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Develop data-driven business plans and KPIs to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market insights and improve partner experience.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums, conferences, and associations.
