Job summary

Farm Family, a part of Clearbrook Group Holdings, seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through distribution partners, while collaborating with the Annuity team to meet targets and align with underwriting standards.

You will identify partnerships, manage partner relationships, and develop strategic plans to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Six to eight years of experience.
• Working with P&C distribution partners in farm and ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand Distribution: identify and formalize P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Relationship Management: maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and conduct visits to review progress.
• Establish and Compete for Market Share: position Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Business Planning: develop data-driven plans to meet production and profitability goals and monitor KPIs.
• Enhance Distribution Partner Experience & Effectiveness: collaborate with cross-functional teams and be the primary contact for partners.
• Company Representation: represent Farm Family at industry forums and associations.
