Farm Family in Michigan seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth across designated partners. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines, providing guidance to distribution partners while aligning with underwriting standards and annuity targets.

Key duties include expanding partnerships, leading strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance partner engagement and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Six to eight years of experience in P&C distribution or related fields.
• Experience working with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by targeting P&C partnerships and formalizing appointments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and conduct partner reviews.
• Position Farm Family as the preferred agribusiness and commercial lines provider in the territory.
• Develop data-driven business plans and monitor KPIs to meet production and profitability goals.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve partner experience and deliver solutions.
