Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated US territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through distribution partners while coordinating with underwriting and annuity teams to meet targets.

You will lead territory sales and marketing strategies, build strong partner relationships, and report performance using data-driven plans. Travel up to 40% is required and strong industry insights are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand Distribution: identify and target P&C distribution partnerships within the territory and formalize new relationships.
• Relationship Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish and Compete for Market Share: position the company as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Business Planning: develop and implement strategic, data-driven plans with KPIs to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Lead the creation and execution of territory sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability, aligning with underwriting standards.
• Enhance Distribution Partner Experience & Effectiveness: collaborate with teams to deliver solutions and improve agency partner engagement.
