Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader for CA & NV to drive profitable P&C growth through distribution partnerships and targeted market expansion. You will manage relationships with agents and partners, work with underwriting and product teams, and lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives in your territory.

The role emphasizes travel up to 40% and requires a bachelor’s degree with 6–8 years of P&C distribution experience.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of experience working with P&C distribution partners in farm and ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and cultivating P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distribution partners through regular visits and business reviews.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory; communicate changes and objectives to partners.
• Lead data-driven business planning to achieve production and profitability goals; monitor KPIs and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and enhance partner engagement.
