Raise Landscaping Group is hiring Account Managers and Supervisors across South Florida. You own a book of commercial properties end to end: the client relationship, the crews on the ground, the quality of the work and the health of the contract.

You will be the main point of contact for property managers and board directors, walking sites to spot issues before they arise and pricing enhancements to meet contract requirements. Advancement from account manager to senior roles is available.

Formación

• Commercial landscape experience as an account manager, supervisor, crew leader, or operations lead.
• Comfort with numbers: reading contracts, tracking hours against budget, explaining a price.
• Experience with Aspire, the platform we run our properties, crews and billing on, is a strong plus.
• A valid Florida driver license and a clean driving record.
• English and Spanish is an advantage, though not required for every territory.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of contact for property managers, HOA boards and facility directors on your book.
• Walk your properties regularly and catch problems before the client does.
• Set priorities with your crew leaders so every site gets what the contract calls for.
• Spot, price and deliver enhancement work.
